Staff was wonderful. The PA was extremely helpful. Explained my treatment and left no questions unanswered. The clinic is spotless. My ophthalmologist and my GP were both unable to see me that day so I opted for your clinic, so happy that I did! If my copay wasnt $75.00 I would rather go there. Thank you

I had arrived for an appointment and everything was fine until I left. I had needed a prescription but, I had confused 2 pharmacies for each other . I had called back 9 different times to see if I could switch it between the pharmacies and they said they would change the location. I waited to give them time and the second pharmacy closes at 6 so I go over and try to get my prescription. The prescriber at urgent care never sent the change over. I had managed to get seen by 12:30pm, I leave and notice my mistake 1:20 after I left and proceed to call urgent care back every hour and even after they close to get this resolved. Do not go to this urgent care if you are a student and are from out of state they will most likely mess up your visit one way or another

I was a walk in with no appointment and got in and out in a little over an hour. In that time, the radiographer had drove all the way from Derby to take my X-rays. My doctor took the time to make sure I understood everything that was going on, and even suggested something that wasn’t in the report and ended up being true! They were absolutely fantastic. I might go back just to see how theyre doing sometime.

I went there Saturday and it was packed but they texted me when it was my turn . The assistant was very polite and professional as were the rest of the staff. I would say they were very good. Only reason I gave 4 stars was the long wait which is not their fault that day was a lot of people before me.

I worked with Liz today. She was very efficient, knowledgeable and answered questions. She really knows lots about SIBO and the best diet and lifestyle to help me. Very happy to have found her. I have been sick for months.

Excellent care with minimal wait. Care providers who actually listen both to what feels off and what Rx in the past have worked to cure a bacterial sinus infection my regular doc told me to wait until my next appointment on Aug. 29 to get evaluated. BTW this is same co-pay under my insurance as regularoffice visit. Another excellent visit for ear infection in one earand fluid in both. No wait. Very knowledgeable and caring provider and efficient staff.

This was my first visit to this facility and all went well. In the future, I will definitely use your facility again. Thanks for getting me better!

While on vacation from another state, I experienced a health problem. I visited HealthCare-GoHealth Urgent Care in Branford CT. I found the clinic to be exceptionally clean. The employees were very efficient and caring. I highly recommend this facility.

I would caution anyone who gives them a credit card to monitor for double billing of charges. Had an issue where the bill was paid upfront for service during a visit to this facility. Weeks later an email was received that they are auto billing to the credit card on file the same amount that was already paid. After calling their billing department, they have no record of payment even though my credit card company posted to charge to my account. The agent stated that if the payment goes through Hartford Health Care system, they are not able to see it. But this all sounds like a scam where they do this all the time and only when people call them on it, do they cancel the auto payment. I would not recommend anyone visit this facility in the future as the staff was rude as well and it just seems like the facility is designed to scam people out of money.

Went to Hartford HealthCare Urgent care today for a sprained ankle. The promptness, cleanliness of the facility, and professional service was great. I spent maybe 45 min. From entering,xrays,and diagnosis...awesome. No need to walk for my xray they brought it to the room I was in. I highly recommend Urgent care here ,then an E.R anywhere. Great staff.

The provider was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind and caring. I left feeling relieved and cared for in such a comforting way.

After trying at one or two other urgent cares on a Sunday, the Hartford Healthcare option was by far the best I recommend them for their ambience, cleanliness, promptness, and professionalism. Very pleased and impressed.

Staff has always been 5/5 but theres no way to contact them other than walking in. If you call, there is no option to speak to a human and the live chat is a joke. Very frustrating when youre dealing with a health issue.

Everyone was wonderful, the Aprn Kristi Browning informed me you are no longer doing RSV tests for adults over 18,???Why I ended up gettinv RSV in January, and was tested at your Branford location. where do we go for a test now??????????

I had a minor problem (cleaning and dressing superficial arm wounds after a fall) but Nurse Practitioner was very thorough and efficient. Asked good questions (did I hit my head?) and suggested Tetanus shot

Very comfortable urgent care facility. All involved were very comforting and pleasant. Would definitely recommend to others.

I don’t know what happened to this place. If I could give it a zero I would. The medical assistants are less than personable. I was left in a closed room for 30 minutes and it wasn’t busy. The provider literally spent 2 minutes with me. She barely looked in my throat. I had to ask her to get a tongue depressor to really see the back of my throat. No review of systems, symptoms or questioned how long this was going on. I don’t know if she really thought I had strep or was just trying to move onto the next person. As she was walking out the door I had to ask her to look in my ears. But the best part is when I went in to my chart and read my note the provider falsified information stating that she had assessed multiple things that she never did - clearly insurance fraud. I will not be going back here and complaints will be filed.

Neither the nurse or nurse practitioner warned me about a serious and dangerous conflict between my medication on file and something they were prescribing. I have food poisoning and they said it was acid reflux. Do not trust these people with your health

I went twice two days in a row and they gave me two different diagnostics, third day i went to Yale and all i had was a virus, totally different than what your doctor told i was even prescribed with two different antibiotics that i didnt need.

My throat started to hurt late Friday night. By Saturday morning I knew I needed to seek medical attention. My doctor just retired and I have not yet found a PCP, so I scheduled an appointment online with Hartford Healthcare. The process was easy, the staff was courteous, and although I did not feel well, the experience was definitely appreciated!

This place is clean and the staff is wonderful. They are quick to help and find solutions for what brought you there. I would definitely go there again if I needed to.

I was brought to the exam room quickly. The practitioner thoroughly explained everything she was going to do to treat me. I left feeling so much better than when I arrived. Very happy with the excellent service!

The couple of times I’ve come here I’ve only had good experiences. Compared to other urgent care facilitys, the front desk and providers are efficient and show they care! You make an appointment online, they take you in on time. Definitely recommend

The PA who helped was so efficient and responsive to my condition. He truly cared about me and helped me. That was the 4th visit to urgent care for me do to a 6 week long virus and sinus infection. Three of the professionals I worked with were fantastic. One was horrendous and told me I couldnt come back for the same issue. My primary couldnt see me so I didnt have a choice. So 3 out 4 great experiences!!! Highly recommended!

Rushed from work just to bring her to urgent care for a rash on her hand because I know with my work schedule all week I get home to late to bring her to urgent care, just to be told the provider said she isn’t taking anymore walk ins for the night. We were already checked in and was waiting. I told the lady in the front they should have said that when we came in or have been telling ppl. Once I was checked in we should have been seen. Then she asked me can I make an appointment for tomorrow. I told them I wasn’t able to with my schedule which is why I was here today and rushed from work. All they could say was sorry. Bad customer service and order. Your online says taking patients still as well, very misleading.

Easy to make an appt (online). Easy to park. Easy to check in. Virtually no wait time. Professional & kind staff who listened & diagnosed my situation & then sent my Rx in quickly so I could pick it up on my way home. All in all, very impressive!! Thank you!

I was a walk-in. The front desk associates were friendly & helpful. I was seen right away by the MA & then MD. The ability to have an x-ray done on the premises was fantastic. That they were able to care for rib injuries was great. The x-ray tech was very professional. Getting my results that day was the best of all. No fractures!I was in & out in an hour or so.

First and foremost let me say that I have been to this location several times and up until today, I have never had an issue.My daughter needed to be seen today and given that it is a Saturday we decided to come to this location. We did the online check in prior to arrival and instead of coming up to the front desk to greet patients, a woman shouted from the back of the building to sign in on the tablet and to take a seat, which we did.Upon being called to the front desk, our personal and private information was basically shouted across the waiting room for all to hear. Im pretty sure the gentleman behind me now knows my home address, my phone number, and my previous address 10 from years prior! How unprofessional!Returning to the waiting area, another woman whose name is MALINDA began yelling across the room asking my daughter what her symptoms are. Considering the nature of why we were there, I immediately spoke up and said that it was not covid or flu related. She continued to speak over me AND my daughter even though my daughter kept repeating herself to this woman. Mind you, this waiting room is full of people! Hello HIPPA VIOLATIONS!!!! She finally looked at me, told me that I needed to keep my mouth shut because she was not speaking to me and keep my 2 cents to myself before she calls the cops and has me thrown out!By now I am furious but I bite my tongue because my child needs to be seen. Another staff member did apologize to my daughter for her coworkers Unprofessional attitude and several patients sitting next to us commented how rude and unprofessional Malinda was. My daughter was trembling by the time she was called into the exam room and felt super uncomfortable as Malinda was now taking her vitals.Malinda purposely concealed her name badge when she noticed I was looking her direction so after leaving and discussing the situation, my fiance decided to walk back in to see if he could see it which he did. She then followed him out of the building yelling and screaming at him that she was calling the cops.I cannot believe any medical professional would speak to any patient or their loved ones in such a disrespectful manner and tone. I urge Hartford Healthcare to make better choices when it comes to screening their staff.To Malinda: perhaps you were having a bad day; we all get them. May I suggest some yoga or therapy to help relieve you of your stress so that you perform your job without treating or talking to people the way you did. Also, I hope the police (that you called) werent prevented from heading to a REAL emergency! Have the weekend you deserve!Hartford Health: I have already provided detailed information. If you need more information, reach out to the individual who works there and has to make excuses for what appears to be consistent and inappropriate behavior from their co-worker.

The staff are always welcoming, there is never a long wait, the providers are extremely caring, knowledgeable and diagnose, treat quickly and even follow up a few days later to see how you are doing!They also quickly responded to me when the medication needed wasnt available at one pharmacy and switched it over to one that had it!

Everyone was so sweet and kind and acknowledged everyone right away as they came in and acknowledged everyones time and made sure to let people know they understood theyve been waiting and appreciated their patience. The people I saw had nice smiles and made you feel comfortable. The place seemed very clean and organized.

The staff was very friendly and i was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. This has been the best experience i have had at a medical facility and would definitely go here again if i needed to.

The staff is very efficient and helpful. I was in and out in an hour. When I got to the pharmacy my prescription was too expensive so they quickly provided my pharmacy with an alternative. You can’t always say urgent care is a good experience but they make it okay!

A terrible experience. We were sent by our PCP to get a simple chest xray for some symptoms my wife was having from “Coldvid” and they completely ignored that request, even though an xray tech was supposedly on their way, and pawned her off to some prescription because selling pills pays the bills. What an absolute lazy place with zero compassion or bedside manner. I would not go back there if I was on fire and they had the last freaking hose. Period. A total dumpster fire in there. Unprofessional mess. Laughing and joking on the main floor while we sat there and rotted. To think that cost money makes me sick. I will be disputing that charge and speaking to my insurance company. Total trash.

I don’t want to be too harsh but they are very understaffed at this location. I was there for over 2 1/2 hours and never got to see a clinical professional. I’m 78 years old just wanted to get a RSV or flu diagnosis. After 2 1/2 hours I had to leave because I felt so sick and needed to get home and to bed.

Was told I can walk in and get an X-ray over the phone and then as I enter get told the X-ray person is not there and I need an appointment.

Staff was friendly, Nurse Practitioner listened and was caring&competent. We had a 10:00 AM appt. but wasn’t seen for 50 mins. Wouldn’t expect a wait w/ an appointment. We were informed of the wait time upon our arrival yet still, what’s the point of an appt? Office was very clean. Would definitely recommend to others.

Not a long wait time after my scheduled appointment. Clean facility. Courteous staff. The provider I met with was fantastic and helped me tremendously. She recommended I go to the ER for an ultrasound because she was pretty sure it was appendicitis. And it was appendicitis. She called the ER ahead of my arrival to let them know i was coming so they were ready for me.. Was just released from the hospital today. Antibiotics for 9 days. Awaiting surgery. I am forever grateful for her assessment of my issues. I will definitely use this urgent care in the future for my family and recommend to anyone.

I’ve had an excellent experience here, and will be using them as my go to urgent care/walk in facility! the staff are very friendly and helpful, and greeted me as soon as i walked in. they were quick to help me check in and get me into a room. the facility is kept very clean, which is always important! also, they are definitely a safe space for LGBTQ+ patients

I’m so pleased with the quality of care provided here, by both the medical assistants and APRNs (particularly Sandy who is the only one I’ve been seen by thus far, but I am sure the other(s) are just as wonderful). The online booking process is quick and easy, the facility is beautiful and clean, the lobby has a nice monitor that displays the booked or walk-in appointments. At each visit I received a friendly greeting at the desk and little to no wait time. And most importantly, the health concerns I arrived with were addressed and treated successfully. Additionally, the provider gave thorough education on everything - the condition, cause, treatment, and how/why the prescribed treatment works. I’m in nursing school right now, so when I see this kind of care in the clinical setting, it’s refreshing. I wish they could be my PCP! :)

10/10 recommend I just saw an amazing doctor he was so easy to talk to well educated and has experience of a lifetime !! I trust them fully extremely clean facility and really helpful when your primary doctor is not meeting your needs.

Hurt my foot scaling the rocks in Woodmont came here all the staff from the NP to the receptionist were phenomenal. I highly highly recommend I couldn’t have gone to a better urgent care. Special shout out to the Np and the X-Ray Tech who were both really great.!!!

Easy to book an appointment online, reasonable wait, friendly staff, clean space, and most importantly great thorough care by the provider, Sandy. She ran various tests to figure out my URI sx and quickly came up with an effective treatment plan! So grateful for the care I received at this urgent care, especially as I couldn’t get in with my PCP for another week.

5 Stars! That’s right! Everyone was so conscientious! I had that feeling from the moment I stepped foot in there. The PA, I think her name was Sandy, was awesome! Knew about my allergies, pre existing illnesses. It actually seemed like she cared! Very thorough! I have been in the Customer Service end of business all my life and have worked for one of the most important Hospitals in the Country, I feel that it’s a sad state of affairs in this world today, as far as treatment of the patient. The patient should have a great experience from entering the door to getting released. Hartford Healthcare almost feels like they are getting back to the old ways of treating a patient!! So good to see!! Thanks so much for a great experience!

I just received a bill for a COVID test. $228 after insurance! They charged $375 just for the exam which consisted of pulse ox, BP, and temp. I wasnt even seen by a physician. This is robbery. Ive gone to other urgent care centers for things that were more involved and never paid anywhere near this amount. Oh, and infection control is lacking. The person seeing me wasnt wearing a mask even though I was there to be tested for COVID.

The place is like a shiny new penny very beautiful. However, I was not impressed with the service. Not very friendly at all. Just as a matter of fact. As I waited for my loved one to be seen, an elderly patient has walked in for a visit. The front desk person didn’t greet them just asked if they had an appointment. When the patient answer I’m here following up from a visit yesterday, the front desk person told them to sign in using the kiosk. The patient clearly said that they did not know how to use the kiosk. The front desk person did and said nothing. So I being a good person, offered to help this person use the kiosk which they were very appreciative of. But I have to ask myself, why did I have the good sense to do this but the front desk person could not be bothered in the least. Very poor customer service.

Aprn, Shirley wilkes was so understanding and gentle. And medical assistant Sarah k. They were both wonderful and listened and took care of my needs in a professional manner. This was my 3rd time being seen there and all 3 of my experiences have been good.

Rude front desk staff. We went here on July 4th with my infant for a suspected ear infection. We walked in, no problem before closing- they had special holiday hours not on their website- to be told to get out and that they were closed. One staff member in particular really held her ground, did not offer any empathy and none of them tried to help direct us to another open facility or the ER (we were from out of town). They ended up trying to tell us to wait until the next day and downplayed our situation. Baby was so beside herself, we ended up at the ER where we were met with care and kindness… for an ear infection. Terrible urgent care, don’t go in close to their closing time no matter what your condition, you will be turned away!

I was very impressed with Hartford Healthcare GoHealth Urgent Care in Branford. The staff was friendly and concerned about my care. The facility was very clean, the wait time was not long either. Scheduling online was easy and convenient as well.

My case was handled promptly professionally and when the drugstore that my prescription was sent to was determined to be closed on Labor Day they quickly sent it to another drugstore & able to pick it up immediately. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I arrived because of a doctor referral yesterday. Upon arrival the staff was very nice until I gave the wrong insurance and it wasn’t going through, my fault obviously, but I was having vision changes and a splitting migraine. The attitude completely changed as soon as everything wasn’t going smoothly. That wasn’t even that bad. Then it was time for my vitals, and the girl who did my vitals was so unprofessional and rude, didn’t seem like she cared at all, basically cut all of my answers to her questions short. She was so bothered to do anything or even talk to me. I think her exact words when she began asking me questions was “so why are you here” with an attitude. The place is clean but the customer service really was not good. The only good thing about this experience was the APRN I saw as she gave me great service and evaluation and information. I won’t be going here again.

Friendly staff, brand new venue, great new material (I got an X-ray and the mobile machine that was used was incredible!!).The Doctor whose name I forgot was very friendly, and gave me great advice. I will use this venue or other Hartford go-health again.

Excellent care. I was seen immediately and treated for an infection appropriately. The NP also helped me with referrals to primary care as I am new to Branford! The entire staff was professional and caring!

I came into the Urgent Care for a non-emergent injury that has been bothering me for the past three weeks. The injury seemed to get worse today so I called the Veterans Affairs Nursing Line who advised me to visit an urgent care OR, if need be, the VA ER. I opted for the Urgent Care as they treated me two other times for the injury flareups. They treated me with respect and provided me with the appropriate paperwork for me to pass along to my VA primary care team for follow up. The PA came into this evening and accused me of using the Urgent Care as a primary care, which is against their policy. I told the PA that I have a primary care team at the VA to which she asked me, rudely, why I wasn’t seeking out them for care. I told her that I was, but it’s after hours and the VA Nursing line advised me to seek care at the Urgent Care Center then make an appointment for follow up in the next week or so with my primary care team. The PA told me that the VA nursing staff did not tell me what I just told her. I told her not to call me a liar-It wouldn’t make any sense to come to the Urgent Care otherwise. The PA said she wasn’t calling me a liar, but that’s exactly what she was doing-she didn’t believe I had a primary care doctor, she believed I was using the urgent care as a primary care center, and she refused to treat my injury because she “could lose her license.”None of it made any sense to me as the urgent care exists to treat non-emergent issues that are not so bad they require an ER visit, but are bad enough that waiting for an appointment in a couple of weeks (or longer with the VA) is inappropriate. The injury is an ongoing issue that my primary care team and I are addressing, but it has flared up from time to time, requiring an anti-inflammatory injection to provide enough relief for me to stretch the muscles out and reclaim the use of my back and leg. According to the PA, that is NOT what the Urgent Care is for and that I can see my VA doctor anytime I want, but I was obviously refusing to do so because I do not have a primary care team.This was a extremely frustrating and obviously painful experience. To be called a liar and refused treatment because the PA didn’t understand how the VA system works is a first for me. The PA said she would prescribe muscle relaxers or anti inflammatory medication, but she would not give me an injection of the anti inflammatory because-I don’t know why. Either because VA doctors are on-call 24/7 or I don’t have a primary care team. Regardless, the care team at the Urgent Care left me in incredible pain (injuries originally received in combat and exasperated three weeks ago) when I was told to leave the office. I left and I do not intend to come back nor will I recommend anyone to this urgent care system-especially the veteran community.

I was pleased that I was able to get the prescription for a medication that I needed.

Gone here several times and it’s always quick and super helpful. This past time I went I checked in online as always do, notesd on the check in I had Covid symptoms including a fever and all the rest. I got there and i was already checked in by them. However they needed my insurance. I waited 30-40 minutes with a 104 fever for them to take my insurance. They were concerned about filling out workmen’s Comp. forms for another patient and checking in other patient than getting me taken care of. I was first on the que to go back. After getting my insurance info, I was not brought back first. The que told me it would be 0-15 minutes before going back, it was probably an hour before I was in an examination room. Tested positive. The PA made up for the awful experience waiting. She was sweet, helpful and funny.

Absolutely 10, Dr was very through. Explained everything in language we could understand. Took the time to review my medical history. Explained in detail my condition, how it happens and how to correct my bad habits

Both the staff and the provider were amazing from start to finish. Greeted as soon as I walked in, was helped right away. The doctor came in very quickly and diagnosed the issue with care and precision. Dr. Pullo was very kind and answered all my questions. Will definitely be coming back here whenever I am sick!!!

Very upset. I showed up yesterday at 730, and the place was empty. I had a bump on my arm that I just wanted someone to look at/ feel quickly and just tell me if it seemed concerning, and if I should have it looked at further. The receptionist told me because I didn’t have an appt they couldn’t do anything right then because they were closing at 8. I said well it’s only 730. She then said well we’re booked for the night, I looked around and said booked for the night? There’s no one here? Afterwards an elderly woman walked in after me and was complaining about breathing. They turned her down as well and told her to go to the ER. It’s just really frustrating when a place is suppose to be a “urgent care walk in” and you have to make an appointment. Then the girls at the front don’t really care about you, they just care about going home. Do better.

Hartford Healthcare GoHealth Urgent Care in Branford is a wonderful place to get medical help. The building is exceptionally clean and everyone that works there is kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The receptionist, I believe his name is Greg, is friendly and efficient. The nurse assistant ( I forgot her name, but she was so friendly and helpful) and the nurse, Sandy were both kind and caring. My injury was taken care of wonderfully. Sandy even told me to go back and speak with her over the weekend if my cut was not healing.This is a great urgent care center and I highly recommend it.

Super clean facility, everyone on staff was helpful and nice, and the visit was quick and efficient. Sheila (the nurse practitioner) was awesome.

The staff and nurse was very kind, informative and thorough. They answered all of my questions. When you are sick you dont want to hang out too long at a facility you just want to go home. They didnt keep me waiting.

I made an appointment for an injury online for first thing in the morning. I sat in a room for an hour waiting to see anyone. Dr finally comes in to tell me they can’t do an X-ray here and I have to go to guilford.

Great service, and i was in snd out in no time.

Went in on due to my eye being swollen and having pain as well as telling the APRN that I had some crusty eye residue. Was told she had been seeing this a lot of what I had lately and it was allergies and I should take benadryl or zyrtek and apply cold compresses. This was not the case as a couple of days later got an emergency visit with an eye doctor who said I have a bacterial infection and need an antibacterial ointment and warm compresses. I guess these urgent care centers are good for some things but it wasnt in my case.

Went in on Friday with sinus infection.Told aprn that my husband had covid since Tuesday. My tests including rapid test were all negative I had a classic sinus infection.. She insisted on doing 2 day test. Results came back negative on Saturday night. I called on Sunday and explaining how miserable I was and insisted I needed an antibiotic, it was prescribed. Took it Sunday and today and I am finally starting to feel better!!!Wasted 2 days and suffered severe sinus headache waiting for the not necessary covid test. This is not my first rodeo, have had chronic sinus infections my entire life. Next time I will wait for my primary to become available! Truly miss Stoney creek Urgent Care. Aprns need to pay more attention to the patient.

Professional but very personable!

Both the med tech and the APRN were so nice and attentive to my teenager even though she couldnt hold it an vomited through the mask everywhere☹. She had a blinding headache, a fever of 103.4 and was obviously nauseous.They quickly tested her and she was positive to flu strain A, even though she had a flu vaccineThanks to their quick testing and diagnosis, she started Tamniflu and is feeling better already. The Aprn also gave her am anti nausea pill at the office and ordered in more of this and cough pearls to our pharmacy. I wish all clinics were like this. This Heartford Health Urgent Care is excellent and I hope it stays here forever. Thank you A++×

Very friendly polite, knowledgeable staff.

I tried GoHealth Urgent care in Branford after finding out Stony Creek urgent care had closed permanently due to Hartford Healthcare buying them out. At 1:00pm on a Saturday with two people in the waiting room I was told there was a 4 hour wait time to be seen, and they close at 5:00pm. No attempt to get me in, he basically told me, bye!

Easy to make an appointment. Very friendly staff. Not a long wait once I was there. Overall an excellent experience. I highly recommend.
